Terms of Service
Senast uppdaterad: 9 oktober 2026
These terms apply to Prisklass, a software-as-a-service provided by Elias Salaheldin Hanchi (Prisklass), Sweden. The Swedish villkor prevail in case of conflict.
1. The service
Prisklass compares grocery prices, weekly offers and stores in Sweden and finds stores along a route. We sell a digital subscription only – no physical goods.
2. Plans and prices
- Private and business accounts are free and show advertising.
- Showing Google AdSense ads is a condition of the free plan. You choose personalised (with consent) or non-personalised ads; ads cannot be switched off on the free plan.
- An optional ad-free subscription costs SEK 20 per month, VAT included, billed monthly until cancelled.
- Business accounts can only manage their own products and cannot access price comparisons.
3. Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries and returns related to payment.
4. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU/EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting to use the paid service immediately you agree that the right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully delivered. See our refund policy.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time under My account. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. Deleting your account also cancels the subscription.
6. Data accuracy
Prices come from the chains' public sources. We never invent prices, but cannot guarantee that the price in store matches at all times.
7. Prohibited use and suspension
You may not use the service unlawfully, scrape data, spread malware or bypass security. We may suspend accounts for material breach, non-payment or security risk.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damage, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
9. Privacy
We process personal data under the GDPR. See the privacy policy, security page and data processing agreement.
10. Governing law
Swedish law applies. Consumers keep the mandatory protection of their country of residence and may use the EU online dispute resolution platform or the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
